meeting of the Parks & Recreation Committee was held in the Parks
Recreation Office on May 21, 1991 at 8:30 a.m.

In attendance were Alderman Nike Thompson.
Also in attendance was E. Janna Taylor, Parks & Recreation Director,
Larry J. Wheeler, Recreation Nanager, Judith Reeve, Wai Sui, and Tom
Annandale.

Reeve Street Park Conceptual Plan
The conceptual plan for Reeve Street active was
presented to the Committee by Judith Ree;e. She
reviewed the various elements that were to be
included in the park. The major elements were:

amenities and facilities to go along with the

above

Judith showed how the various elements would be located in the 2U
acres of active park.
Nuch discussion took place in regard to how the various grouping of
facilities would work together.
