This letter will confirm that the revised parking layout was discussed at a recent meeting of the City's Public Works Committee and that the revised layout is satisfactory. I indicated to you that if you removed the old curb and placed the new curb at the south end of the Chevron site the City would look after the parking stall painting. By separate memorandum to the City Clerk I am requesting that he provide you and Mr. Saha with a proposed sub-lease form involving the City of Port Coquitlam. Once the sub-lease has heen executed the City will be in a position to legally regulate the parking along the west side of the Chevron property.
