on the points « at issue. The Acting-Hayor then stated he felt Mrs. Rayner had re-

ceived a fair hearing, aad that he would be very "pleased to have her come to

future Counc meetings or meet with Connittes Chairmen at any time to , discuss

matters of concern to her.

The City Clerk then advised that Me. Frank Sejonky w was in attendance with
respect to an application dated May 25th, 1973 from The H.A. Roberts Group for
approval of a strata plan to permit completion of an unfinished structure on
Wilson Avenue as a 180 unit condominium project. The application had been left
in abeyance at the previous Council meeting ava iting a report froa the. Planning &
Zoning Committee following a meeting with Mr, Sojonky. A further letter was. YTe-
ceived from The HA. Roberts Group dated June 8th, 1973 submitting additional in-
formation concerning the proposed project 2 and a report ‘from the Planning Officer,
June 8th, 1973 was brought forward from its listed position on the agenda for
consideration at this time setting forth a proposed procedure for processi ng
strata subdivision applications. (After a . brief discussion + with Mee Sojonky, ‘the
