THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM

BYLAW NO. 2527

A Bylaw to amend the "Highway Facilities Development Cost Charge
Bylaw, 1988, No. 2376".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

Section 1 and Section 2 of Schedule “A” of the “Highway Facilities
Development Cost Charge Bylaw, 1988, No. 2376" are hereby deleted and the
Section 1 and Section 2 of Schedule "A" attached te and forming part of
this Bylaw are substituted therefor.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Highway Facilities
Development Cost Charges Bylaw, 1988, No. 2376, Amendment Bylaw, 1990,
No. 2527",
