4. In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then a mobile poll shall
be established at the places and during the times specified by the

"Mobile Poll Establishment By~law, 1975, No. 1396"; namely, at some

convenient location at the Senior Citizen's housing facility known as

"Dogwood Manor" located at 3155 Seymour Street, from 8 o'clock in the

forenoon until 12 o'clock noon and at some convenient location in Hawthorne
Lodge, 2111 Hawthorne Avenue, from 1 o'clock in the afternoon until 5
o'clock .in the afternoon, on November 18th, 1978.

5. ‘In case a poll as aforesaid is required, then an advanced poll will
be held at the place and during the time specified by the "Advanced Poll
By~law, 1969, No. 956"; namely, at the Port Coquitlam City Hall from 1

o'clock in the afternoon until 8 o'clock in the afternoon on Friday,

November 10th, 1978 and from 8:30 o'clock in the forenoon until 4:30
o'clock in the afternoon on Monday to Friday, inclusive, November 13th

to 17th, 1978.

6. The power to appoint Deputy Returning Officers to preside at the
respective polling places is hereby delegated to the Returning Officer

appointed herein.

That the Government of British Columbia be requested te oclaim
the applicable sections of the Colleges and Provincial Institutions Act
(Bi11 No. 82) which will provide for the removal of financing the institutional
budget through property taxation and establish the financing on the same

basis as provided for in the Universities Act.
