C., May Day Festival on these May 30 and 31, and June 1, 1980 A.D. day of 19 A.D, AND WHEREAS West Coast Amusenents Ltd. is desirlous of obtaining a local Sponsor for Midway Attractions end WHEREAS the Sponsor has agreed to sponsor Midway Attractions on the dates aforesaid upon the terns and cond3 tions hereinafter set out, NOW THEREFORE in consideration of the prenisee the parties hereto agree ag followa: 1. The Sponsor shall be sponsor for Midway Attractions during the dates aforesaid, ; 2. The _ Sponsor will obtain the crounds for ‘said carnival agreed on by both parties. The Contractor will obtain and pay for any City or town Ilcense for sald carnival. West Coast Amusements Ltd. will pay for electricity and advertising for said carnival, The Sponsor aerees to al@ in the aronotion advertising of tre said carnival as such sa vosslbie. Sest Coast Anusenents Ltd. hereby arrees to be fully covered by Fublic Liability insurance for the anount of Oe NILLION (S 1,000,696.603 DOLLARS, and to indeznify and save harmless the Sponsor fron any ilability clains arising fron the operation of the sald carnival cn the days afrenentioned. The Contractor shall have exclusive rights fer all riding devices, fares and side shows. All paynents to be cade under the teras of this agreenert shall be rade innediately upon tre completion of the last aay of the said event, The Contractor covenants and agrees that sl) ris staff, exployees and servants shall have identification of such to show that they are associated with the Contractor and if they ¢o not show the identification at the required tizes to the officials or officers of the Spenser, it is understood that they will te required to pay the usual adalssion feea to the grounds, to the Sponsor, The Contractor agreas ta pay to the Sponsor a refundable tend for darage and cleen up in the anount of Pive hundred ($586.06) dollars payable to the Sponsor prior te opening on May 30, 1920.
