The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held on March 17th, 1980.

WHEREAS by By-law No. 1743 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
cited as the "Ryan/Marshall Road Closure By~law, 1980, No. 1743", certain portions
of Road in District Lot 255 and District Lot 288, Group One, New Westminster District,
therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British

Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Minister of Municipal
Affairs of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for
abandonment of the said portions of Road shown dedicated in District Lot 255 and
‘District Lot 288, Group One, New Westminster District dedicated in By-law No.

1743 and the vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam.
