Moved by Alderman Keryluk: Seconded by Alderman Laking: That the percentage of floor space permitted for offices in Section 1001(3)(a) be amended be adding provision for oftices related to the industrial operation occupying up to 30 percent of the total floor space. And That the requirements of Section 1001(4)(e) for fencing of rear yards be applied To only lots abutting residential! and institutional zoning districts. And That requirement of Section 1001(4)(g) for Loading Doors to be screened from view from all streets be amended listing streets for which this requirement applies, Broadway, Coast Meridian, Davies, Huntington, Kingsway, McLean, and Tyner.
