This application is for the strata-title subdivision of a building that
is presently zoned RT-1 (Two-Family Residential).

Building Department:

The Building Department notes that there are more than two dwelling
units in the building. Therefore, it is non-conforming to the Zoning
and Building Bylaws.

Engineering Department:

All services to the building are existing.
‘Bylaw, Fire, Parks and Recreation Departments:

No comments.
DISCUSS TON:

From the Building Department inspection report, it is noted that the
building is non-conforming to the Zoning and Building Bylaws by containing
more than two dwelling units. It is therefore recommended that this
application to strata~title a non-conforming use, be rejected.
