From the City Planner, September 8th, 1993 regarding Rezoning Application No. 76/93 for
2435 Ottawa Street.

That Rezoning Application No. 76/93 for 2435 Ottawa Street be approved to proceed for
rezoning from A-1 (Agricultural) to RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) and RS-2 (Small Lot
Residential) under Section 963 of the Municipal Act subject to:

Completion of a subdivision design to the satisfaction of the Director of Planning;

Satisfaction of Engineering Departmenit requizements;

Satisfaction of Building Departraent requirements at the time of building permit;

Satisfaction of Fire Department requirements;

Registration of a Restrictive Covenant on the property to prevent new buildings from being
converted to contain secondary suites;

The project being subject to the 1993 rates for Development Cost Charges.
