Alderman Gates referred to the above noted subject and advised that Nr.
Ken Ogura, Nr. Tom 1!akahara, and YIr. Nike Niyaoka of the vancouver
Pesticide Study Group were in at end!ance to discuss this ubject.

Samples of warning signs used in Vancouver as well as a copy of the city
of Vancouver's Bylaw dealing with application of pesticides were prese1 ced
to the Committee for informat'on. Variou" aspects of Vancouver's
regulations were di cussed and suggestions for improvements vere presented
by the representatives in attendance.
