A regular meeting of the Municipal Council! of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci! Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, November 17th, 1986 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, J.J. Keryluk, GR. Laking, W.W. Stewart and M.R. Wright in
attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.
Freeman, Director of Community Planning W.A. Brown and Deputy City
Engineer/Operations Manager T. Chong.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay presented a Certificate of
Achievement to staff member Ms. Tracy Gillespie, on behalf of UBCM

and the Justice Institute.

That the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on November

10th, 1986, be taken as read and adopted.

Mayor Traboulay introduced Mr. W. Costinak and Mr. G. Heath who then
spoke regarding traffic on Davies Avenue.

Seconded by Alderman Laking:

That the comments made during the presentation regarding traffic on
Davies Avenue be referred to the Public Works Committee.
