District of Kitimat-Stikine, commencing al 7:00 p.m. to receive
representation from all persons who deem their interests to he
affected by the praposed bylaw.

In generat terms, the purpose of this bylaw is to redesign o por-
tion of District Lot 1747, Range 5, Const Distict from the Low
Density Rural {R2} zone to the High Density Rural (RI) zone to
address o proposal for subdivision. minimum parcel size
requirement for the High Density Rural (R}) zone is 2 acres.
