Application for strata title approval for an existing duplex
at 845 Chelsea Avenue. ;

Lot 69, Block F, SE%, Section 7, Township 40, Plan 20920.

The subject duplex is 6 years old. Each unit is approximately
930 sq. ft. plus basement. The applicant presently resides in
one unit and the other is rented. According to a statement
submitted by the applicant, the tenants have expressed the desire

‘to purchase. A letter from the tenants has also been received

to confirm their intent to purchase.

It was advised by the Chief Building Inspector that the siting
of the building conforms to the Zoning Py-law requirements.

The subject application has been considered by the Planning and
Zoning Committee, and the Committee recommends that approval
be given. .
