I would advise that we have received a Supplementary
Assessment Roll from the B.C. Assessment Authority advising of
a revision of the valuation of buildings due to a calculation
error on the original assessment, for the Property listed here-
under,

Would you kindly have Council authorize the resulting

adjustment, ie. decrease, to the 1978 gross tax levy. A refund
of the overpayment will then be made to the property owner.
