Re: STOP Signs The Committee recommends the installation of STOP signs at the following intersections: . Centennial at the northeast corner of Chester Whyte at the southwest corner of Donald Lobb at the northeast corner of Shaughnessy. ITEM II Rez Crosswalk Light on Shaughnessy at Lions Park The Committee reports that the delivery of the standards for the above mentioned crosswalk lights is expected in the next 4 —~ 6 weeks. The lights have been delivered. Construction of the light standard pedestals and installation of the undergro‘ind duct work is expected to commence in the next 2 -~- 3 weeks. LTEM IIT Re: Lack of Care by Pedestrians At the regular Council Meeting of June Jch, 1976 the Committee was asked to investigate the lack of care pedestrians take in crossing the street to the bus stop on McAllister Avenue and on Shaughnessy Street. The Committee has no suggestions or recommendations. .
