Assesement for 1979 was $180,863 for Port Coquitlam compared to the
Library Tax Assessment shown in the 1980 Provisional Budget of $156,540.

The 1979 Library Tax Assessment was made up of $141,348 a
one time payment of $39,515 which was Port Coquitlam's share of the new
Headquarters building at Abbotsferd.
