Block 2 will be moved south, one to two feet, to increase the
side yard distance along the north property line; in addition
Block 2 will have no windows on the north facade, and a cedar
hedge will be planted next to the 6 foot fence currounding the

property.

It is the opinion of the Director of Planning that the above changes
adequately respond to the majority of the concerns expressed by the Public at

the Public Hearing on this project.
