SUBJECT: Curb and Gutter Replacement on Shaughnessy

The Developer at the corner of' Shaughnessy and Kelly has agreed
to replace the existing sidewalk and curb and gutter in front. of
Elks Park on Shaughnessy. The sidewalk replacement will be at the
developer's cost with approx. 12.5m of curb replacement at the
City's cost. The existing curb in this area was in poor shape
partly due to the developer's work, also an existing letdown to
the park lS now not required. —

Approx costs for the curb and a CB replacement $1000
