WHEREAS the Council may, by by-law, dmpose fees with respect to rezoning

THEREFOR: the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Every application made to The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
requesting the amendment of the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No.

$18" or requesting that The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enter into

a Land Use Contract shall be accompanied by a fee calculated at the rate of

One ($1.00) dollar per One thousand (1,000) square feet of site area included in
the said application; PROVIDED that the minimum fee shall be Fifty ($50.00) dollars.
2, This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Rezoning and Land Use

Contract Application Fee By-law, 1973, No. 1258",
