Re: Kinsmen Proposal to Build Community Building

he other Council Committees
for their comments. The proposed location in the submission is the
northern corner of Shaughnessy and Lougheed ~between Manning and Fraser
Avenues ~ adjacent to the Coquitlam River. It has been suggested by the
Planning and Zoning Committee that the old Aggie grounds be considered
as a more suitable location. Attached are Reports as follows:

1. Public Works Committee - commenting on the use of the Manning

Avenue site, and ;
2. City Planner ~ commenting on the use of the Aggie grounds.

Representatives of the Kinsmen Club will be in attendance to
officially present their proposal to Council and answer any questions.
