Leisure Activities Committee

Triple A has requested that the City of Port Coquitlam sell the portable concession
booth that they recently put several hundred dollars into upgrading same.

The prime reason being that they are the heaviest user of this unit and now have
expended quite a sum of money on the renovations, and also have purchased

considerable cooking equipment. Without Triple A having full control over this
unit they have to remove ai] portable equipment for safekeeping. They also have

located a place to store the building.

This would be a great advantage to the City from a financial standpoint as we would
eliminate the moving of the building to the various sites where it is required
by the various organizations under the umbrelia of Triple A.

The Leisure Activity Committee recommends the saie for $1.00 of said concession
booth to Triple A.
