DRAFT RESOLUTION

That the Reference Plan of Lot 41, District Lot 379,
Group One, Plan “161, New Westminster District, prepared by Walter E.
Frith, British Jolumbia Land Surveyor, and dated the 10th day of August,
1979; being a reference plan for the purpose of re-establishing the

boundary of the said Lot 41 in accord with the registered Title, be

approved;

AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign

the said plan on behalf of the City and affix the Corporate Seal thereto.
