RECOMMENDATION:

Application to rezone part of the "Huntington
Rubber" property from M-3 to M-1.

Lots 109 ~ 115, District Lot 379, Plan LRO.

The subject property is presently zoned M~3
and has recently been subdivided partially to
ereate eight small lots.

The request is to rezone lots 109, 110, 114
and 115 to M-1. However, prior to approval
of zoning change to M~1, consolidation of
lots 109, 110, 114, and 115 is first required
in order to conform to the minimum lot size
requirement of 20,000 square feet for M-1l
zoning.

The Committee recommends that the rezoning
application be advanced to Public Hearing.
