Description:

The tennis court has sufferad from acid rain conditions. The
surface has cracked open and needs an asphalt emulsion to bind
and fill the cracks. The new color coat will level off the |
cracks and create .an even surface. The court does not slope
and 1s always wet.

By putting out a tender call for to have a contractor apply
the new surface.

Consequences if NOT approved:

The weather will continue to deteriorate the asphalt and {t
will become increasingly costly to repair the damage.
