SUBJECT: Discharge of Statutory Right-of-way - 1278 Ricard Place

Recommendations:

That His Worship, the Mayor and the City Clerk be authorized to execute the attached Discharge
of Statutory Right-of-way over Lot 13, DL232, Group 1, NWD, Plan 79056, 1278 Ricard Place,
and the execution of the attached new Statutory Right-of-way.

The builder of the house at 1278 Ricard Place had encroached onto the three metre wide
municipal sanitary right-of-way by approximately .4 metres as shown on Plan 1. The developer
has agreed to relocate the sanitary sewer right-of-way by a distance of .4 metres to the west so

that the house would not be encroaching on the right-of-way as shown on Plan 2.

The developer has submitted the new sanitary sewer right-of-way and the discharge for the old
sanitary sewer right-of-way for execution. ee
