That Section 2 of Land Use Contract No. 13 which said Land Use
Contract is attached to and made part of By-law No. 1388 be amended

by striking out the figure "39" where it appears in the fifth line

thereof and substituting therefor the figure "40";

AND THAT By-law No. 1388, as amended, be read a third time.
