22nd, 1975, and the approval noted that increased costs would result
if traffic signals were to be installed at Coast Meridian Road and
Oxford Street and if street lighting were to be installed north of
the Shaughnessy intersection to Fraser Avenue,

The Committee recommends that approval in principle
be given but stating that specific approval cannot be given until the
“exactamount and date of invoicing are known. The Committee also suggests
that the Finance Committee might wish to explore methods by which funds
for this project could be set aside to be used when required,
