A By-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates

1964",

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquir Lan’ 14 1981

in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That By~law No. 752 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam
cited as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates By-law, 1964" as amended

by By-law Numbers 877, 1063, 1160, 1167, 1301, 1360, 1483, 1634, 1709, and
1785, is further amended by deleting Schedule "A" as attached to and forming
part. of By-law No. 752 and substituting therefor Schedule "A" attached to
and forming part of this By-law.

2.° This By-law shall take effect, come into force, and be binding on

all persons on and from the First day of January, 1982.

3. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as ‘the "City of Port

Coquitlam Sewer Rates By~law, 1964, Amendment By~law, 1981, No. 1867".
