DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS certain works of Local Improvement have been constructed in the

City and it is intended to impose a frontage tax upon che parcels of

land benefitcing or abutting the work under authority of the following

Local Improvement Assessment By-laws;
“Langan Avenue Pavement, Storm Sewer and Concrete Curbs and Gutter
Local Improvement Assessment Bylaw, 1981, No. 17984
"Westminster Avenue Pavement and Concrete Curb and Gutter Local
Improvement Assessment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1882";

AND WHEREAS it is required that a Frontage Tax Assessment Roll be prepared by

the Collector and authenticated by the Court of Revision;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Collector prepare Frontage Tax Assessment

Rolls with respect to the above noted Assessment By-laws;

AND THAT the first sitting of the Courc of Revision to consider and deal with

the said Frontage Tax Assessment Rolls be held at. 4:00 P.m. on Wednesday
March 24, 1982, ac the Port Coquiclam City Hail, 2272 McAllister Avenue,
Porte Coquitlam, B.C., and from time to time thereafter as may be convenient and

necessary,
