From the City Engineer, April 28th, 1988 regarding Request to hold
Neighborhood Party - Ayling Street Cul-de-sac. (Public Works Committee Meeting
of April 28, 1968).

That the request to hold a neighborhood party in the Ayling Street
cul-de-sac be approved and that the City Engineer be authorized to supply the
necessary barricades to the organizers.

Wellington Street Coquitiam Avenue to Prairie Avenue. (Public Works Committee

Meeting April 26, 1988).

That the coustruction of Wellington Street from Coquitlam avenue to
Prairie vewe with an estimated cost of $523,000.00 be approved and that the
funding for the works be as follows:

a. Unallocated Public Works Capital . . . $502,000

b. Unallocated Water Capital... + +s .$ 21,000

Shoulder - Trinity United Church oa Prairie Avenue. (Public Works Committee

Meeting April 19, 1988).

That two strips of gravel shoulder be paved in front of the Trinity
United Church on Prairie Avenue and that the estimate $2,500 for tnis work be

funded out of the 1988 Unallocated Public Works Capital Budget.
