Eng., Deputy City Engineer Parking Restrictions on Kebet Way (Public Works Committee Meeting July 5, 1989) Recommendation: That "No Parking at Anytime" restrictions be placed on the northern side of Kebet Way from Coast Meridian Road to the end of the street, That the City Clerk take the necessary steps to revise the Traffic Regulations Bylaw if the above recommendation is approved by Council. Background and Comments: The Beedie Group has requested that "No Parking at Anytime" signs be installed along the entire length of Kebet Way on the north side. The reason for this request is that there is not enough room for two-way traffic on the street when vehicles, particularly trucks, park on both sides of the street. The Committee agreed that this request was valid and that Parking restrictions should be imposed. Such a restriction is already in place on the west side of Coast Meridian Road south of the Mary Hill Bypass. Wheaton f D.G. Riecken, P. Eng., Deputy City Engineer
