Freeman City Clerk Deputy Administrator 2769 Kitchener Avenue RESOLUTION: WHEREAS in respect of that certain parcel of land legally described as: City of Port Coquitlam PID 010-538-747 Lot "B", District Lot 4 Township 39 New Westminster District Plan 19724 Council desires preparation of an appraisal report: NOW THEREFORE the City Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam resolves as follows: 1. the City retains Peuny and Keenleyside Appraisals Led., being a person designated A.A.C.L. by the Appraisal Institute of Canada and a person designated as a certified appraiser (R.I.B.C.) by the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, to provide to the City the professional service of preparing an appraisal report in respect of the Lands; the appraisal report shall include a description of the Lands; date of the valuation, factual data necessary for the value estimate and the reasoning on which the estimate is based; the zoning, the highest and best use of the Lands in any provisions of the official Comunity Plan that are relevant to a determination of the highest and best use; and the final estimate of the value of the land; the Mayor and Clerk arc: authorized on behalf of the City to execute and affix the Corporate Seal to a written agreement evidencing the retaining of Penny and Keenleyside to provide the said professional services. BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS: Passage of the above noted resolution constitutes the first step in the expropriation proceedings contemplated with respect to the above noted address.
