This memo contains background information on items that are still outstanding to complete the application. | . BISCUSSION: One of the reasons that the application has not proceeded sooner is that the | applicant has been invoived in negotiations with the developer of an apartment building © on the opposite side of the street (1655 Grant Avenue) and the Engineering Department “+ on the issue of providing services on a joint and coordinated basis. These negotiations _ - were not completed at the time that the application expired on February 1, 1994. | At the time that the extension was requested on February 22, 1994, the following ‘items were still outstanding: — — Oo 1.
