Heritage Park ready for more visitors -TERRACE — Heritage Park is again receiving tourists and this year many of them are from the United States. by Philip Musselman Heritage Park has already begun its tourist season and a majority of the visitors are either from B.C. or the United States. This year the park has much to offer in way of history. A number of artifacts were donated last summer and have now joined the ex- hibit. In addition the Conroy Homestead building is opening to the public. This structure was originally situated at the north end of Kalum Lake. According to Norma Kerby, Vice President of the Terrace Regional Museum Society, an old- fashioned record player and a plaster-spotted dog were donated along with some old records made in the 1920’s. So, if Terrace resi- dents are looking for an interesting diversion they should be sure to visit the park which is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day except Monday and Tuesday. 1, 1008 e ‘ “ARMSTRONG cs | gs es ‘BY TOM ARMSTRONG : . a os sail d MUN ees: | Ee eee funds expecte AN WAS ICH CEoCe| | BARRQUT | I 7a, CABINS Ne \ 9, BABIES | | HOsPrTaL/ vu , | B18 | foal y for the upcoming © ably be more money, he | BY JOHNNY HART Though Northwest S10 ill $5 million Ole o HE MOE .
