Re Christmas Way and Westwood

Enclosed herewith please find signatures in excess of 1,000 of
people who are concerned about the lack of traffic control at the oo
intersection of Westwood and Christmas Way.

AS you are aware, the Westwood Centre, which is located on the :
south-east corner of Westwood and Lougheed Highway, has recently. ae
opened. Even without the traffic that Westwood Centre is rs
attracting, the number of cars that require a left-hand turn pe .
travelling east on Christmas Way is excessive due to the increased 3
traffic that is generated in the area.

IT am quite sure that if an intensive effort was made, most people : oo
who use this area would be concerned enough, as I understand there : -
have been many near-tiss traffic accidents along many actual : Pet
traffic accidents. a |
