RE: Pennington Re: Zoning and Subdivision

As a result of Council's decision to withhold further consideration of the
above mentioned subdivision Mr. Pennington has requested an opportunity to
speak to the Council. We have therefore placed him on the agenda for
Monday, October. 16th.

I mentioned to Council at the last meeting that we had received a petition
signed by a. number of the residents of Routley and Morrison regarding the
access to Kilmer School. At the present time the school children are using
the Pennington property as access to the school and you can see by the comments
of the parents that they wish to have some proper access assured.

In my reply to the petitioners I mentioned that I would bring this matter to
Council's attention when the subdivision of Land was being considered.
