A By-law to amend the "City’ of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918",
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection (1) of Section 202A of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning

By~law, 1969, No. 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-

law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amended by
inserting the following therein as Section (r):

"(r) Lot Eight (8), Block "A" of District Lots Three Hundred
Eighty-two (382) and Two Hundred Eighty-eight (288),
Group One (1) and of Sections Seven (7) and Eighteen (18)
Block Six North (B6N), Range One Bast (RIE), Plan 10150,
New Westminster District."

2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port

Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1974, No. 1344",
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this Eighteenth day of

November, 1974.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Eighteenth day of

November, 1974.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this Eighteenth day of
November, 1974.

Public Hearing not required to be held pursuant to Section 702A(2)
of the Municipal Act. .

Received the approval of the Minister of Highways this

day of

Received the approval of the Minister of Municdpal Affairs this

» Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof
of at least two-thirds (2/3) of all the members of the Municipal Council

of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam this
