Planning Committee Dist.of Coq. has now suggested that the core of the Town Centre should be located West of the Coquitlam River, whether the: (1) Coquitiam Council still want to look at this site as Industrial; (2) City wants to continue to assist in developing the property as an Industrial site; or (3) City would withdraw support if the site were to be used for the stock-piling of old cars. Roberts on Bedford Street in the District of Coquitlam be withdrawn until all plans for that area and designation of the Town Centre are known. Withdrawn.
