The Municipal, Council of The Corporation of the City of Port’ UG 13,19

will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall,

* 2272 McAllister Avenue on Monday, August 27th, 1979 at 7.30p.m. to consider
the following proposed by-law to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
By-law, 1979, No. 1651";

By-law No. 1693: to remove the Zone Designation of CS~2

assigned to Lot 43, Block 5, District Lot 464, Group One, Plan 21271,

New Westminster District, and to assign the Zone Designation of C-2

to the said property.

This property is located at 2270 Lougheed Highway and is known as ‘the
“Old Texaco Service Station Site". The property is being re~zoned
to permit the establishment of a Photographic Studio thereon,
A copy of the proposed By-law may be inspected in the Office of

the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam City Hall, at the address given above, between

the hours of 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., on working days, August 16th to August 27th,
1979. ;

All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the
proposed by-laws shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard at the Public

Hearing on matters contained in the by-laws.
