at 10:00 A.M. This ig our annual fund raising event for Scouting
in the Port Coquitlam District.
We would be very pleased to have the permission of
City Council for this event. “Ye would also like to ask you for
the use of the Agricutural Hall from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm on the
samc day and permission to display a banner over the underpass
on Shaughnessy Street for a two week period commencing Monday

April 10th to Saturday April 22nd,

we would also be very pleased if His Worship The
Mayor, Mr. Bruce Scott -ould be available to officialy start
the walk for us as has been done in previous years,

In conclusion «we would like to see City Council
Members challenge other Clubs, Council or organizations to
take part in th is event,
