Attached hereto plaase find a copy of a momorandum dated
September 16th, 1975. Mr. Ulmer and I have reviewed what would be
required to renovate and redecorate the Aggie Hall in addition to the
essential work prpposoad by Phillips Barratt, Engineers and Architects.
Including a 20% contingency it is our estinate that it would cost
+92,009 to renovate and redecorate the Aaqic Hall following the ess-
ential work carried out in accordance with Phillips Barrat
This figure does not provide for the provision of parking.
