Alderman Mabbett commented on looking into better protection for Ald. Mabbett re sewer the City regarding sewer back-up in view of two recent Court decisions where back-ups, municipalities had been held responsible for damage from this source. Discussion ensued and the Administrator advised that the City's insurance is now out to tender and this item is under consideration.
