A Bylaw to amend the "Land Use Contract No. 24
Authorization Bylaw, 1977, No. 1561"

WHEREAS the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, pursuant to the provisions of the
"Land Use Contract No. 24 Authorization Bylaw, 1977, No. 1561" has entered into a Land Use
Contract respecting property now described as Strata Plan NW 1149, Section 6, Township 40,
New Westminster District;

AND WHEREAS it is thought to be desirable to amend the said Land Use Contract;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1, The Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized and
empowered to enter into an amendment to Land Use Contract No. 24 in the form and to the
extent set forth in "Land Use Contract No. 24 - Amendment Document” which is a
Schedule hereto annexed and made part of this Bylaw.

The said "Land Use Contract No. 24 - Amendment Document" shall apply to each strata tot
in Strata Plan NW 1149, Section 6, Township 40, New Westminster District upon execution
of the Amendment Document by the registered owner of the Strata Lot and when registered
in the Land Title Office with respect to any particular strata fot shall extend to and shall

regulate the development and use of that strata lot and shall have the force and effect of a
Restrictive Covenant running with the land described therein.

3. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as "Land Use Contract No. 24 - Amendment
Document Authorization Bylaw, 1992, No. 2713". :

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of August, 1992.
Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 24th day of August, 1992.
Public Hearing held this 14th day of September, 1992.

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this i4th day of September, 1992.

Received the approval of the Minister of Transportation and Highways this 2nd day of
December, 1992.

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by the Municipal Council of the Corporation of The
City of Port Coquitlam this day of ,19.
