We request that the City continue to refer to BC Environment
subdivisions that lie within all flocdplain lands not located
within the ‘Special Policy Area’ as shown on the ‘Official
Regional Plan Area Designation Plan’ and subdivisions that lie
adjacent to the Coquitiam, Fraser and Pitt Rivers.

We have previously asked BC Environment's Planning and Standards
Section, Victoria, to review your zoning bylaw and to prepare a
sample covenant for Industrial Subdivisions within the Special
Policy Area. I hope to forward this to you in the near future.
