8. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this By-law,

or who causes, suffers, permits, or allows any violation of this By-law shall
be guilty of an offence against this By-law and shall be liable upon summary
conviction therefore to a fine or penalty not exceeding Five Hundred ($500.00)

Dollars, or in the alternative to imprisonment for a term not exceeding

Thirty (30) days.

3. Ct This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "Discotheque

Regulation By-law, 1978, No. 1626". .

Read a first time by the Municipal. Council this Twenty-fifth day

of September, 1978.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this Twenty~fifth day

of September, 1978.
Read a third time by the Municipal. Council this Twenty-fifth day
of September, 1978.
