ZONING BYLAW

The Municipal Counci! of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitiam wilf hold a Public Hearing in the Counci|
Chambers, Port Coquitiam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port
Coquitiam, 8.C. on Monday, May 9th, 19835 at 7:30 p.m. to
consider the foliowing proposed bylaw to amend the
"City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651";

Bylaw No. 1963: to rezone:

Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, District Lot 266, Group One, Plan
2423, New Westminster District, from RS-1 to RT=1.

This property is located.at 3172/74 Oxford Street and the
rezoning is being undertaken to bring an existing non- conforming
duplex into compliance with zoning regulations.

‘A copy of the proposed byiaw and other relevant documents
may be inspected In the Office of the City Clerk, Port Coquitlam
City Hall, at the address given above, between the hours of 8:30
aem. to 4: 30 pem.-, on regular business days, from. the date of
this Notice until the Public Hearing. we
