(1). Blue Mountain Industries Led., Unit # 3 = 1651 Langan Avenue, charged under By-law 917.
“Appeared in Provincial Court, May 14, 1974. A plea of guilty was entered for fouling a
City storm sewer with oil. Fined a total of $75.00, plus the cleaning bill from the City.
The Company has now changed their system; used oil now stored in 50 gallon drums.

(2). Pan Ready Poultry, 1910 Kingsway (new owners of Scott Poultry) ~ Charged under By-law 917,

"for fouling a City sewer. They appeared in Court May 30, 1974, and asked that the charge
-be remanded until June 21, 1974, as further studies are being carried out regarding their
sewer systen. '

(3): Four motor vehicles impounded, towed to A Storage, Port Moody - owners' notified.
(4) Parking tickets - overnight parking 2 & 1 hour parking - total ~ 37 -.$185.00.
