That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memorandum of June 13th, 1990 the Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
issued for 2111 Hawthorne Avenue varying the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,
1987, No. 2240" Section 1102 “Private Institutional (P~2), Subsection (2)
"Height of Buildings” as shown on Plans 23/90 (A) to (D) which are attached
hereto and form part of this permit.
