A Public Hearing pursuant to Section 956 of the Municipal Act was held prior to the
Council Meeting of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam held in the Council Chambers,
Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2580 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, October

Sth, 1992, at 7:30 p.m.

Mayor L.M. Traboulay and Councillors M.D. Gates, M.J. Gordon, J.J. Keryluk, R.H.
Talbot, M.A. Thompson, and M.R. Wright were in attendance.

Alsn in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk S. Rauh, Deputy
Engineer J.E Yip, Director of Planning C.R. Felip, and Fire Chief J. Baillie.

Mayor Traboulay advised the following proposed Bylaws would now be considered:

now zoned CD (Comprehensive Development) shall be as follows:

1. All uses permitted under the "General Industrial" (M-1) zone, excluding outdoor
storage;

2. The following uses permitted in the "Highway Commercial" (CS-1) zone, only in the
approximate location as illustrated in "Schedule I" of the bylaw:

(a) Restaurants;
The following uses permitted in the "Service Station" (CS-2) zone, only in the

approximate location as illustrated in "Schedule 0" of the bylaw:

(a) Service Stations; .
The following uses permitted in the "Corner Store" (C-1) zone, only in the

approximate location as illustrated in "Schedule II" of the bylaw:
(a) Retail sales of groceries, meat, fish and bakery goods within one floor not

exceeding 112 m* (1205.56 sq. ft.).
The property is located at 1485 Coast Meridian Road and would permit.
